    Nice captures, Benjamin! thumb.gifthumb

A fellow D300 owner wonders what 500mm lens you used to capture these ducks?

    Thanks!

    Certainly, my pleasure

    D300 + 300AFS VER2 F2.8 + TC1.7E2
camera doesn't report "MM" correctly in EXIF, I believe headscratch.gif

The above is what combo I use for most if not all my Work

Thanks. Very helpful and interesting! You must be very happy with the sharpness and focusing on that rig.

Technically the coot isn't a duck, but more closely related to cranes, but I will let this one slide. rolleyes1.gif Great images. I really like the wigeon flying off and the scaup.

Good set Ben. thumb.gif I knew you would like the D300. Strange though, it seems to clip wings just like your D2Hs. rolleyes1.gif

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
