help with email upload

Hi, I wanted to test out the email uploader before I gave it to others. here is what I sent yesterday:
TO: chrismooreimages@email.smugmug.com
SUBJECT: <mypassword here>
a .jpg image was attached here with no caption
According to the help page a new gallery called "email" was to be created automatically with my photo, however that has not happened. What am I doing wrong?
