They just had a concert down in Mexico on the 14th. I was there as part of a destination wedding. It was a rockin' concert to say the least. Here are some shots from it:

And the big send off for the night:

They also do the theme song to the cartoon King of the Hill.

Shay - these are really nice. Would you mind sharing some EXIF info? I recently had the chance to shoot a set of my friend Kari (www.karinewhouse.com) at a small local club but the results were disastrous. I'd love to know more about how you captured these as a primer for my next opportunity.

wxwax, 4labs, and bfjr, Jen likes the blue head the most too. Thank you.

Angelo, the exif is there in the images border. Adjust the levels white point from 255 to 25 to read it.

The general technique I used was aperture priority at f/2.8 and ISO 1600.

    cool shots.

that's what i usually do, sometimes i go iso 800 and try to get more motion blur.

btw, do you have another shot of the bass or the bass player, from that shot it looks just like the one my client uses:

I remeber you described that technique sometime ago in the context of copyright but didn't understand, I'll do a search.
