Gnat with reflection

Only got a quick shot of this gnat before the cat figured out what I was doing and went right after it. I'm guessing it's a window gnat, since it's on the window :puke1.

I'm amazed at this shot...given how small a gnat is, the detail and lighting is amazing. What kind of lighting did you use?

Learnin--I have an old Speedlite 380EX that I have on a homemade bracket. It sits right on the end of the lens. I'm also still playing with diffusion.
