Unable to create 5x7 cards

When in the process of creating a 5x7 folded photo card, I can get as far as the "Building Your Card (this could take a while)" screen and then everything just freezes.

I've tried to do this same task in Mozilla, Internet Explorer, and Opera from 2 different computers, with no luck.

Can anyone help?

Several different galleries/photos and none work. However, I did later discover some earlier "window shopping" attempts in the "My SmugMug Creations" gallery. But it still hangs up at the "Building Card" screen and none of the ones I try to actually buy show up in my cart.

Seems to be working okay this morning. It takes longer than I expected for it to create a card and put it in the My SmugMug Creations gallery (why is it always upside down?) but once it's there, then I'm able to order it as a card.

It's upside down on purpose, that's the way it will print accurately - sorry!

Thanks, Andy. I kinda thought that was the case but wanted to make absolutely sure before ordering. Everything's working fine now. Thank you, too, for such great customer service and fast order processing. A huge order I placed 2 days ago is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Am very very pleased with Smugmug!
