tulip dewdrops

After many failed attempts I finally got some dewdrop shots to turn out (ie, they are in focus!). I was inspired by all the great droplet photos I have seen in this thread.
Would appreciate if any of you veterans at macro could give me some tips on how to improve for next time or general C&C. Thanks!

Think I'd try next time with a thinner stem - seems to dominate the pics a bit.

Thanks. Settings were ISO 500, f/16 approx 2" exposure. I am using a Canon macro 100mm 2.8, and I used the Kenko extension tubes for the third photo, hence the more magnification. As you can see it is a bit out of focus, I'm having a hell of a time combining the 100mm lens with 80mm of extension tubes and getting it to come out in focus.
I agree, Lord V., the stem is a bit overwhelming. I noticed the same thing when I posted the pics. It was a stem from one of the tulips I propped up in front of the flowers. Need to find a smaller stem next time.

Congratulations Chris I know these shots are not easy to capture.
I'm really pleased for you, I'm yet to find a flower let alone a dew drop
Well done ... Skippy
