I'd have thought that your priority would have been getting a non-US lab for standard and power subscribers, so that they don't have to pay a huge amount for shipping.
This is probably the single biggest show-stopper for non-US "snappers". I've lost track of the times that someone has asked on Dgrin whether they can get their prints done at (e.g.) Photobox.
