Our group went for an outing at the Queen Mary in Long Beach. For those not familiar, the Queen Mary is an old British Ocean Liner from the 30's that's permanently moored at the dock of Long Beach, CA. It serves as a tourist site, a hotel/restaurants, and a convention hall. It's full of old Art Deco design and I find her very photogenic. I've have enough opening shots so this last visit, went for a more abstract/detail shot approach.

Here it is.
Thanks for the comments to all.
If you've never been to see the ship, it is highly recommended. The cabins are nice if you want to stay overnight, and most of the tours are very fun and informative. Definitely worth the expense. My favorite parts are the prop and the swimming pool (I think it's on the ghost tour only).
