Kodak is really Fuji

I didn't see anything around here about this so I'm posting here. Kodak paper and manufacturing facilities are now owned by Fuji. Please delete this if it has been posted elsewhere.

PS: that is paper and print facilities...Kodak still maintains a solid printer product per their website.
