PLEASE HELP..Shadows, I need lighting advice

How do I get rid of shadow, got to take picture of same set up tomorrow? Any advice????

Move him further from the background get the flash off camera to the right of him and use a reflector to the right to push the light back on him

You may also want to light the background a bit as well.
