Settings for Lightroom 2 capture sharpening

I'm just curious what settings other people are using for capture sharpening in LR2. I typically don't do anything other than the default which is probably not enough from things I've read recently.

What about output sharpening? I use the Export to Smugmug plugin to export to the web and typically use the Sharpen for Screen option using the standard amount. What do you recommend for output sharpening?

Do you have typically settings/ranges you go to for portraits? Landscapes? PJ stuff?
