GBH Chicks - Does a tighter crop work?

I'm still working on processing my shots of the GBH chicks in the Viera Wetlands. I decided to try a tighter crop .... Do you think this works?

    Wow!! That is a very cool capture!

    I'm not a birder, but I do enjoy the pics. Are GBH nests & chicks hard to come by?

    I'd try to pull back a bit Ira. The comp is fine, but I think you are losing too much detail. I am detecting some pixelation and oversharpening.
