Problems with Safari?

I'm currently unable to access my shopping cart and when I click, "Buy - this photo," I get the little circular timer thingy just spinnin' and spinnin' forever. The "Back to Photos," button works but the "Checkout," button takes me to a completely white page. I get the same blank page when I try to access the shopping cart directly.

I'm using Safari 3.0.4. Everything seems to work on Firefox.

What's up?

    Hi James.

    We're so sorry to hear about your viewing issues. If you recently
    updated MacOSX 10.5.6 and use Safari, we have noticed that there may be
    problems such as you're experiencing. For now, we suggest using Firefox
    instead as a temporary workaround. It appears that Apple may have broken
    something in their latest update as these errors are new and random for
    the people that updated.


    It's not only happening on SmugMug, but also on other sites. It's an

    I'm running OSX 10.4.1 - may need to update that to something newer but perhaps not the newest.

    Everything worked fine until the recent changes to the pricing options. BTW the pricing page works fine for me. It's only the cart and the purchasing page.

    I can make Firefox work for me but I've always preferred Safari....

    Zac,

    Problem solved. I must have gotten hold of some bad cookies. I deleted all my cookies and everything worked fine. Now I just have to refill my shopping cart with all my Smugmug goodies.

    Its possible that you had an existing cart that did not get upgraded properly when we rolled out the new lab. I just attempted to upgrade the carts again, can you check and see if you're working now?
