bad server response

I keep getting this error message when trying to upload pics from Lightroom 2.2: bad server response

Any ideas?

Josh, I just used the plugin fine - try closing, logging out, logging in again.

I have the same problem now for about 3 days.
Reinstalled the plugin.
It did not help. Suggestions ?

I kept getting similar messages and switched from Safari to Firefox. Problem went away...

The Safari problem is something else. It's an Apple issue with Mac OSX 10.5.6 . You can find more examples of these errors on other sites here:

Hopefully, Apple will fix this soon.

I am getting the same error as well...

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.

If anyone is wireshark or something similar and can provide me with some logs that would be helpful.

I just did 2 scans for viruses, 100% Ok.

I tried opening up some sockets on the firewall. (I don't think that is really the right language, but they say that all the time on 24 and it sounds so cool!)

Anyway, what I meant to say is I listed lightroom as an exception allowed on the Windows firewall. No help.

I don't see what the browser would have to do with anything. I use Firefox primarily; occasionally IE.

I have the new 2.3 version of Lightroom; still no help.
