Tiny fly

A very small fly that looks like a fruitfly that I found hiding in a Hyacinth. Roughly 3mm long.
An expert identification would be greatly appreciated.

Shot in RAW with a 400d loaded with a 100mm f/2.8 USM macro lens with a 50mm f2 Rikenon lens reverse mounted using an ebay adapter and lit with an off camera Nikon SB24.
