Screen grab of multi quote response, multi quote button is 2nd from right
You click on MultiQuote Button in each reply you wish to reply too.
Then on last reply you click Quote.
A new reply box opens with all the comment nicely formated as above.

Well even with what we have you don't have to do this. You can click the apropriate reply button, copy the "quote" and message, go back to the thread, click the next appropriate reply button, and paste the previous one in with the new one. Type in your replies and click submit reply. And if there are more than two, you can repeat the process however many times. BUT...that is a big pain. The multi-quote feature is SO much nicer.
