Thoughts on Feisol 1471 monopod

I am leaning toward this monopod but would really like some to hear from someone that has it or has used it.

I use it. It is my only monopod at the moment. My ideas:
- very sturdy
- light
- good spike
- rather large when carrying it during a photo shoot
- carrying bag is included but is no more than a flimsy nylon bag

I mounted a Manfrotto 234 swivel 2-way head for monopod, fitted with a quick release clamp specially designed by Kirk, specifically to fit that head.
