#18, I need a title

If this is my final submission, I need a title for this photo. I am not happy with it's current title, "Dark Contemplation".

I don't have any ideas really, although my theme was dark, dirty, angry, insane a little, crazy, etc...

I've been looking at this for awhile, I really do like this image. I don't necessarily see dark, anger, insanity when I look at it.
With his head looking slightly down, it almost gives me the sense that he is grieving??Maybe that's just me.
But some ideas or words that came to mind are:

Distressed
Agitated
State of Mind
Disturbed
Dysphoric
Grieving or Mourning

Just some thoughts, take um or leave um!
