Couldn't order framed picture

I tried to order a framed print, and your link took me to ImageKind. When I tried to select a picture by clicking on it, the screen jittered, but that's it. It didn't select a picture, and I couldn't go any further. The "go to next page" link didn't work either. My software problem or theirs?

    Frank,
    The first thing to try would be to clear your browser's temporary files (cache). If you continue to see problems, please contact us at the Help Desk.

    OK, but before I start deleting everything, would you confirm that ImageKind is working on your computer? Are you able to select a picture?
