    First of all, your daughter is gorgeous. Love that smile! These are great photos. They really capture some personality. The lighting and focus look good, too.

    Thanks Caroline ... genetically speaking ... daughters get their good looks from the father (sons, generally don't inherit the fathers 'good' looks). :D

    Yes, I'm also cursed with a beautiful and smart daughter. Now, how do we keep the boys away? We haven't had to worry about that quite yet (she's only 12 now), but I can see it down the road. Seriously, I can tell you're proud, and you should be.

    So, if girls get their good looks from their fathers, do they get their brains from their mothers?

    This is Sarah, a junior at St. Louis University

    Nope not George Washington, SLU (it still sorta ticks me off because she had full rides across the country from Georgetown to USC and she picks SLU).

    Anyway I hope all is well with you and I am sure that your daughter is kicking butt at George Washington, a very good institution.
