Help required with skin tones

Could someone help me with this picture? Originally the faces were very red. I don't think this was due to camera so much as the coldness and activity. I have tried to improve the skin tones by changing Hue and saturation, but still am not happy. I want to display the image as A3, and the redness is very noticeable. Can anyone suggest a way of improving this? Thanks in advance.

Seriously, get the snow white and let the rest of it fall where it may.

Or, get the show white (that will warm things up all over) and then use a mask layer to reduce the warming effect on the faces.
