FWIW, I think this definitely fits the definition of low key.
For me, I'd like to see a bit more tonal variation (contrast?) on the front of the model. Also maybe having her skirt disappear into dark a little more would add tonal interest. The bright area on the edge of the hem to camera right distracts my eye. The rim light on her hair and shoulder is nice but the front of her body seems flat, at least on my monitor. Anyway you can wrap the light around onto her face a bit more?
