Rotating Photos in SmugMug

OK, so I realized that photos that are rotated on my computer don't always upload rotated and I have to rotate them when I'm editing a gallery.
I've also learned that it could take some time to rotate the photos, especially if the server is busy. Well I'm guessing the server is going into overload because it's been about 45 minutes and they still aren't rotated.
I have gone into the galleries and requested to rotate the photos about 4 or 5 times now and still nothing.
My questions are: When will they rotate? and considering that I've requested rotation 4 or 5 times, will all of those rotations take place?
Any insight is appreciated.
