smugshot on iphone not uploading

I have 14 pictures in the upload queue and they just won't go.

Error on the screen is "Unable to upload, touch resume to try again." I've done that about 30 times over the past couple of weeks.

I've tried deleting them from the queue, wifi connections, 3g connections, etc.

Nothing in my queue will go.

Help!

    Touch the top image in the queue, are you able to see a preview of it?
