Dust in Eye Piece?

well, there is dust in our brand new XT's... its in The eye peice.. How would you get THIS OUT? we were at a wedding over the weekend *2* and we thought for the longest it was in the lens ... someone told me i have to send them to canon and there is no way else we can get it out.. The strange part of it is is that Its in Both of our XT's not just one.. *and no we havent been in a ny "sand storms"
