They don't look like they can do much till you see that weapon at the front end......by then it's usually too late if your the intended meal for the day

Light looks slightly harsh to me- suppose putting any diffuser on the heads would be difficult ?

nice shots, if you shot in RAW you could tone down the highlights with recovery slider or curves in ps with a layer mask.
