Login & Video problems

I have uploaded a video clip into this gallery. Sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn't. All this started last week since I added my custom domain. When I login, sometimes it shows my nickname.smugmug.com (Photographic-Memory.smugmug.com), other times it shows my custom domain. I am not sure if I had to add stuff in CSS or something to that effect. Please help with this issue.

Then when I log in, I come to the smugmug page, instead of my own home page? Why is this?
I see now that once I am logged in, and I select to go to a particular menu to add photos, my Toolbar is not visible either..
