Michelle and Greg: Engagement
It was early last year, after having shot a wedding that Greg (the man who once walked the halls of The Mother Land) later saw images from, he made a point to send me an email informing me that I was going to shoot his wedding. The man wasn't even engaged. :-)
That all changed when Greg got down on one knee to ask his future bride for forever. Michelle was heading to Australia shortly after which I can only imagine was a difficult time to be apart. As they finalize plans for their beautiful wedding coming up in May, we scheduled their e-session on what turned out to be an absolutely beautiful day. As soon as I saw Michelle's shoes, I knew we were in for a great time! :-)
Their wedding is going to be in an old renovated Victorian and cannot wait to be a "silent observer" on this time in their family's history.

Photos 3 and 8 I have a problem with.
3 should have been portrait. That would've cut the sign out, as well as the flags dangling down. (you can still crop it like that in PP) I just think the sign and flags distract a little too much, as well as I feel too distant from the couple. Almost like you should have been closer or they should have been farther away from the doors.
8 is a cool shot and a great idea. But, it would look more balanced if they were at the same level in height. Like he should have been lower you know? Also parts of the entryway, his shirt, the sidewalk, and some of the bushes are blown out.
Just my $0.02
Looks like a fun couple and I hope the wedding goes really well for you all!
Favorites are the one taken at ground level of them sitting in the street and the one of them in the circle thing.
