Problem with replace photo

I have an order I'm replacing photos on an order and one of them is giving me problems:

I've replaced it several times, it shows the watermark PROOF across it (I don't use that watermark, and never shows that it was replaced. (the cropping bounding box is still there.)
How do I get this photo truly replaced?
