Control Panel tabs

The control Panel tabs are not working. The contents of all the tabs are showing on one page.

Spiders

    Al, completely clear your cache, close and reopen, okay? I just checked in FF and in IE and all is well on your CP for me.

    I'm seeing the same thing. It's happening in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. (Windows XP)
