Hi there,
I recently opened a Pro level account, and thus far am very pleased.

http://www.erichoffmanphotos.com

I have created galleries, set prices, made a few changes to the look of my site including dropping the SM header, (I'm afraid to drop the SM footer because I don't see how I can log in to my site if I do this) however I have discovered an issue in regards to the SM footer.

Incorporated into this footer is "Prints and Gifts" and when I am at my site as a client or potntial client, and I click on this option all the default SM prices show! For obvious reasons this makes it difficult to mark up said prices.

How can I prevent this from happening?
Can I drop the SM footer and still be able to log in as the owner?
Can I drop only selected parts of the SM footer?

Thanks in advance for any guidance on this.

Eric

The small smug footer does not contain the "prints and gifts" link. See # 16 in the customization FAQ at http://www.smugmug.com/help/customize-faq to see how to switch to the small footer.

The fact remains that your customers will be paying the prices that you set, but there is nothing from stopping them from going to the smugmug home page and clicking to the default prices. You are selling your services and the work you put into your photos, not just a print. Do a search here, there are many conversations about this.
