This is from my Winter in Washington Series. If you want D.C. all to yourself go when it snows or the day after. Most business' and schools shut down from 1/2 inch of snow and ice.

I love the first one with the two silhouettes. I don't think I've ever seen the monument so quiet. Lovely!
