Slideshow Does Not Work!

Hi,

I recently signed up for a pro account and have been working on my layout, but I cannot seem to get the full screen slideshow to work in any of my galleries. It has been this way since the very beginning. It just appears as a solid black screen.

Edit: I am running FireFox and do not have AdBlock enabled.

Hi Marc, Can you please take a look at this wiki page and supply all the information on it to us so we can help you out with this?

I know it doesn't help you at all but I can view the FSSS in Safari and in Firefox 3 on your site. I tried logged in and logged out and it worked each way in both browsers.

I cannot see either of the links on that page.

Note: I just checked, and the full screen does work in Safari, but not Firefox.

Hi Andy,

It seems that AdBlock was the problem. It was my first instinct, so I right clicked on it and disabled it. It still didn't work so I assumed it wasn't the problem. However, I just tried disabling it completely from the FireFox Addon panel, and now the slideshow works. That seems rather silly to me. Why have a disable button if it doesn't actually disable?

After some more tinkering, it appears that whitelisting the site and unchecking "Collapse Blocked Elements" solves the problem.
