Not on par with the others on this board but hopefully I'm getting closer. Birds are definitely harder to shoot than one would think. It doesn't help that your hands are shaking from the cold C&C Welcomed.

Good capture Travis. I would have dropped the exposure about a third of a stop.

Thanks Harry. I only got off 2 shots before he flew the coup. Next time I'll try to bracket a few. Appreciate the input.

I would think that Bigma you have would be plenty. I use a 300 + 1.4 = 420 * 1.6 crop
