I normally only post in the wildlife forum but I went to Olustee Florida on Saturday and took some shots. I usually stay away from taking pictures of people except in sports. Please let me know what you think.

Very nice photos. I can't wait until Iowa has an reenactment-I've always wanted to attend one.

Thanks, this was the first time that I have ever gone to one and it rained all day long. I missed the main battle on Sunday because the weather report was the same thing all over again.

    Howdy,

Very nicely done, we always enjoy going and seeing the Re-enactments, I think you've captured the spirit and feel of it, and also the power of the Canon firing:D will sure make you sit up and notice.

    Take Care,

Thanks, I don't usually take pictures that have people in them. This was my first time at an event like this. I was pretty happy to come away with a few halfway decent ones. I think that it is the participants that capture the spirit and I just snapped that spirit.
