Keyword censorship?

I wanted to add "pic, picture, photo" as keywords, but they disappear from view when I save. What's going on?
"Snow. Ice. Slow!" "Half-winter. Half-moon. Half-asleep!"

Quite right!
However, when you do a search, let's say for example, for Eiffel Tower, the results will include Eiffel Tower pictures etc, so where are those classifications happening?

These are differnet categories of results.
- SmugMug Keywords Matching 'Eiffel Tower':
photos that have these keywords
-SmugMug Galleries Matching 'Eiffel Tower':
galleries that have these words in them
- SmugMug Photos Matching 'Eiffel Tower':
the caption of the photo contains these words
Does this clear things up?

Many thanks, Sebastian, for your trouble to help me!
I was thinking of web search engines such as Google and Yahoo. Typically, the results are categorised in the kind of way I gave an example of. If the word "picture" is not a keyword in the source website how does such a search engine label it with "picture"?
My point is, if you have taken a picture of, for instance, the Eiffel Tower, and it is in a gallery in your SmugMug webpage and it isn't tagged with the keyword "picture" then it is not going to be included in Google's, or any other search engine's, results in the category "Eiffel Tower pictures". Is that not so? In which case the findability/profile of your Eiffel Tower picture fades, and so do your chances of selling it.
