linking to another site

can anyone tell me where to find instructions to link my site www.dboras.smugmug.com to my sister site www.barefootphotography2.com

    when I am logged on, I can see the link and I can go to it, then I log off and it is not there, do you know how to fix this?

    hello

    ok I could not figure it out, so the help desk put it on for me, but I would like for it to be larger, I tried to look for where or how he put it on my site but cant find it
    www.dboras.smugmug.com is my site
    the site I want larger is www.barefootphotography2.com
    any advice for me
