I noticed today that when a client is ordering a product - let's say a mug with a photo on it - they can click a little link that says "more info" to learn more about the mug. Nice.
Except when they click that link, it takes them OUT of the shopping UI. Couldn't that link just be a small pop-up window or something? It's terribly frustrating to LEAVE the shopping UI every time you want to know more about a product, and then to have to find your way back in every time....
Am I making sense?

Good point. I've passed it on to our Product Management team and we'll keep an eye on possible changes in that behavior.
