I shot this last night about 1/2 hour after sunset and wanted to post this here and get you comments and/or suggestions. It was a 6 sec. exposure, f/14 stop, and ISO 200.

And one at 30 sec. exp, ISO 100

I like the colors in this shot. The warm lamps and the clouds add to the shot. I think I might like a little wider angle is all.

Thanks alot. My only problem with the wider shot was my lens is at the widest it could go. If I backed up any farther, there would've been too much sand and such.

i would wait for the sky to get darker to take the shot....
Also, I would prefer to see an angle to show the ocean more...

I think that they're both nice images. I like the second one a little more because it is a little darker, and I agree one taken when it was even darker would be nice.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

My personal nitpick is that I would like to see a crop right at the edge of the reflection, that extra sand doesn't do much for me. That’s just how I would like to see it; it doesn’t mean your composition isn’t good.

I don't know where I'm goin, but I'm goin anyway.

I like # 2, and I would try bringing the exposure down a little more to really make the image pop night.thumb.gif
