Chris Taken in M mode with ETTL flash 1/200th aperture F6.3 to F8 depending on mag, ISO100. Mag 2:1 to 5:1. All the photos are focus stacked.

Chris- I tend to use combinez5 for the stacking although with these I often do them by hand in PS using the repair brush.
