Won a Canon 5D Mk II at WPPI!! WooHoo!!

So, my wife and I were at the WPPI show in Vegas with the SmugMug peeps this week. I was busy showing off my custom SmugMug sites, and my wife was busy doing the Epic Hunt scavenger hunt.

Anyways... We got all the regular questions, then we went to do the bonus questions. Most were easy, but, two were harder..

The first was slightly harder: make a video about how social media helps you in your business..

The last bonus question was to get your twitter name on the MGM Grand Marquee. We needed to take a photo of my wife's name on the Marquee (keep in mind, it was late, and I was tired )

Anyways, after all the scavenger hunt points were tallied........ WE WON!!!!!!! :barb:barb:barb:barb:barb

Seriously.. We won a BRAND NEW Canon 5D Mk II!!! I'm so stoked, I could scream! Anyways, thanks for letting me share :ivar

Thanks so much everyone! We're so excited!! It's a huge step up for us We already have a 24-70 2.8L and 50mm 1.4, so the glass is all good; but, going from a Rebel XT to a 5D2 is just amazing!!

I was wondering who shimamizu was Know I know!

I found out that I should have the camera in-hand in about a week or two. I'm so excited! I don't think we've ever won anything that cool (or expensive ) before! So, it's just really amazing..

I already know what we're doing with it's video feature -- stay tuned for more details
