Green Anole

These green anoles cover our windows and outside walls during the warmer months. Yesterday was 85 degrees and they were out in force---my daughter and I counted 15 at once, under the bay window, in the early afternoon. Yesterday, for some reason, they were all mostly brown.

I did some PP sharpening, and I know it's still really soft---my 75-300 stinks any length past 200. A good long lens is on my "wish list," which is a euphemism for "ain't never gonna have it."

Its not taht soft, you have good details in the images. I like the angle but would have liked to see the whole critter in the capture.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thank you for the CC! You know, I take pictures of these guys almost every day over the summer. I never thought about consciously getting better angles or getting the whole guy in the shot. Those are the little details I need to learn to be better---thanks for looking and taking the time to comment!

I can give more wiggle room off his nose, but unfortunately, the top of his tail is cut off in the original.
