Flash Player error on many of my galleries

This has been bugging me for weeks, and I'm finally taking the time to ask about it. I've been getting this error dialog pop up frequently. I can't correlate it to anything in particular. On several occasions I've pulled up the page source and searched for "embed" or "Flash", but I don't find anything.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to track down why I'm getting intermittent error popups like this from Flash 10?

I've been getting this (very similar) for weeks now also ... posted about it 1/30/09 - 40 views - no response...

You have debug versions, use the non debug versions of flash and you won't see those.

This is all I find at adobe site...
is this what you're referring to?

If so do I uninstall the other current version first?

will this screw anything up on my site?

just install this over the other one. No, it won't screw up anything
