i wrote in my last post how my son lost.... well this time in Districts he pinned the guy in 1:47 of the first!

Here's some from the team Districts (D700/70-200 ISO 5000 f/2.8 1/400): Tough to make the colors pop with the flat light, but it wasn't to bad...)

Hey Tim, great captures as usual. Exposures look right on to me and I do think the colors pop. 5000 ISO??. Wow.
Did your son pin the same guy who he lost to last week? I love the facial expressions. Why not start a thread for funniest caption and see where it goes?

I have been on sick leave fighting a war with the flu for the last 2 weeks and I haven' t done much shooting.

Great shots & congratulations to you and your son. Sort of off topic, I like your borders -- where do you do your PP? (I do 99.9% of mine in Lightroom and would not want to have to roll out to PS and chew up another 10MB of hard drive just to create a border.)

I use faststone resized to do border and resize for web. There are actions avail for LR like Morgify that do nice borders
