Grab Shot

This was a grab shot of my son a few years ago that I thought came out pretty good. I don't normally shoot people, more of a nature and sports, hobby shooter.
Any critiques would be greatly appreciated.

    I actually really like it. I like the expression. I like the exposure. I like the drops on his face. I think the square crop works for this shot. Focus looks right on to me, with a nice blurry background.

    We were trying to surf...waterskiing we can do...surfing not so much.
