Took this shot early this week of Downtown Des Moines, Iowa.
I never tire of viewing Night Shots, they are way up their on my list of favourite shots
The street lights are a little blown out in the shot.
Is this a HDR shot? the upper part of the image looks quite normal,
but the lower part looks HDR to me

Thank you for the post. This isn't an HDR. It was shot at F11 for 10 sec on ISO 100. I'd like any advice on a way to tone down the lights on the street so they match with the rest of the photo.

If you moved a little west you could have gotten the smirnoff bottle building too.
