I've wanted to find something for some time, but I'm not sure about the right key words on google so that I can find what I'm looking for.

You can find a bit of what I'm looking for here.

Basically, I'm looking for photos with heavy use of creative lighting, photoshop, makeup, etc. Women, men, dogs, cats, whatever. I'm mainly interested in the over-the-top look such as some of the above photos, especially the woman piloting the airplane thing. Maybe for advertising, maybe just general. Can anyone point me to a huge gallery of this?

Those are very stylized HD photos with an air of illustration about them. Have you considered contacting the artist you've highlighted; Mark Holthusen?

You mention the possible use for advertising. Can you be more specific about your needs or intended usage?

Sorry, I don't want them to use them, just to look at. I was meaning that I didn't care if the photos I seek are part of advertisements or just "art" or whatever there use was.
