I know it is probably something I have done but my full screen slideshow is not working in Internet Explorer.

I use Firefox so did not notice but a visitor to my site let me know.

The slideshow seems fine in Firefox.

I tried several galleries and got an error message and a message saying a pop-up window had been blocked but I have turned off the pop-up blocker!

Can anyone see where I screwed up?

    Hi Brad,

Ouch! We're sorry you're having problems viewing full screen slideshows in your galleries. Can you send along a link to a specific gallery you're having trouble with, so we can doublecheck the settings there? Can you also let us know what type of security software you have installed, including anti-virus (AVG, CA, Norton, Symmantec, etc.) and any popup blockers you have installed? Any browser toolbars?

You also mentioned getting an error. Can you let us know what that error said? If you'd prefer to keep things more private, we'd be happy to get you fixed up through the help desk. Just give us a shout.

It was the Yahoo toolbar that was doing it!

I had one and did not realize it and so did the person who alerted me to the problem.

We both disabled them and voila, no more problems!

    Thanks everyone
