Moving from Flickr

Is there an easy way to move photos from Flickr to SmugMug?

I'm fed up with Flickr and am ready to move everything over to SmugMug.

The only thing is I don't have a lot of bandwidth. I'm currently traveling in Egypt where bandwidth is horrible.

Does Smugglr download everything from Flickr to your client then upload it back to Smugmug or does it do it on the server side?
