Nothing fancy here. I just made a duplicate layer and added a gaussian blur. I then reduced the opacity and masked out areas I wanted to keep sharp (face, flower etc...).
SO adorable!!! I love all versions of the picture, but I favor the dreamy version most. Great job......of course, all photographs of her are wonderful.
